POSITION TITLE: Supervisor C&B
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources
LOCATION: Beijing, China,
REPORTS TO: Manager Human Resources

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
 The purpose of this position is to manage compensation and benefits
programs across China in compliance with both PMI C&B principles and
local regulations, including local compensation and benefit polices
and practices, international assignments management, HR2U system
maintenances, PMI Record and Information management to build an agile
and winning organization to support the business growth.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manage local compensation policies and practices:
 Participate in local compensation surveys;
 Perform annual compensation planning to propose and implement new
salary structure;
 Involve in salary management, such as merit increase, promotion
increase and salary adjustment;
 Supervise the monthly payroll and individual income tax
administration."
Manage local social security and supplementary benefits programs:
 Review the social security contribution annually to be with local
requirements;
 Analyze market practice and propose benefits programs to keep them
competitive with market development;
 Negotiate with external service provides, like insurance broker for
best arrangement for both company and employees.
Manage international assignment:
 Manage the cost allocation between affiliate for international
assignees;
 Consult individual about assignment arrangement and benefits;
 Supervise the logistic arrangement for international assignees;
 Negotiate with external service providers for better arrangement."
Manage and develop HR policies:
 Review, update, consult and develop local HR policies to ensure that
they are current, progressive, competitive and meeting the business
needs, employee expectations and company policies.
Manage the HR related budget:
 Lead the original budget process;
 Effectively control the budget and perform the rolling
forecast."
Manage the HR SAP system:
 Ensure completeness and accuracy of the system record;
 Provide data support for all HR related areas."
5. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
 Bachelor degree or above in human resources, business management or
related areas
 3-5 years of compensation and benefits experience in multinational
company
Skills (technical know-how, language, PC):
 Project Management
 Experienced, A pro-active independent worker with strong
communication, interpersonal skills and high integrity
 A good team player and willing to take up tasks beyond C&B
 Good analytical skills
 Good communication skills
 Excellent organization, presentation and interpersonal skills
 Good management of multiple tasks and pressure"
