Coordinate with related people about Cummins mandatory training
courses.
Set up effective communication channels and advocate company culture
in all level of employee


C& B Management
Develop C&B policies and procedures
Follow-up China and local Labor laws and regulations to ensure C&B
system is in compliance with all applicable government regulation.

Others
Assist to conduct HR Process and system
Conduct Employee communication and relationship
Other tasks assigned by HR director
