An open invitation for participating in a protest rally in Geneva
on 29th April (Monday) 2013 at 10:00 to 12:00 hrs. and 15:30 hrs. to 17:00 hrs.
Since the emergence of Bangladesh, violence and atrocities against religious minorities by the Muslim fanatics become a common practice. In 1971 during the liberation struggle of Bangladesh a brutal genocide by Pakistani armies and their local collaborators was accounted for 3 million lives and the chastity of 200,000 women
After 42 years of the genocide the perpetrators are on war crime trial in an International War Crime Tribunal in Bangladesh but the consequence to the verdicts against the prime perpetrator erupted a massive violence resulted with heinous atrocities against Hindu minorities by Jamaat-e-Islami aided with the support of Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP). A numerous homes and temples of Hindus and Buddhists & Christians were vandalized, burned, looted by Muslim fanatics in different parts of the country since February 28. 2013
In this connection a protest rally will be organized in Geneva against the ongoing unprecedented atrocities on minorities by the Islamic extremists in Bangladesh. The rally will be participated by a number of Human Rights organizations and Bangladeshi diaspora living in different European countries. Please find the detailed as below:
