PREREQUISITES FOR SOURCING (Voice)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Team player and excellent networking skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel is an added advantage
- Demonstrated ability/desire to perform in a high pressure, fast growth entrepreneurial company environment where change is the rule, not the exception.
- 1-3 years of experience in US recruitment
- Fresher's with exceptional communication and passion towards recruitment can apply
PREREQUISITES FOR RESEARCH (Non Voice)
- Excellent research skills and logical reasoning skills
- Basic communicational skills
- Knowledge in MS Office is an added advantage
- 1+ years of experience in Web Research
- Fresher's with exceptional research knowledge would be preferred
