Experience	Minimum 8 years experience in Handling HR functions in which atleast 4 years lead role in handling Team of HR persons Strong knowledge in statutory compliance Expertise in handling mass recruitment camps Good communication & presentation  skills Ability to extract HRIS, analyse, advise & frame action items.
