Greetings from IKYA group. It has been a pleasure interacting with your B-School during our annual campus programs. To step up our engagement, we are happy to propose below “Talent mapping” initiative that will facilitate selected students to work directly with our businesses on live case studies/ assignments, and also get aligned to “industry readiness” expectations.

 

Students keen in research, data analysis/ presentation, recruitments can also take up these assignments in IKYA.

Background

Our teams work on industry research and talent mapping for nearly all critical hiring engagements. Such primary data helps our Consultants make talent pool recommendations and work on search plans that are not dependent on just secondary databases [like job portals etc.]
