REST response filtering in hRaven

The latest source code (both trunk and twitter_only0 branches now contain the source code enhancements that enable filtering in the REST response.

Each REST endpoint (job, flow, task, jobFlow) accepts a field name parameter in the rest call which is returned in the response. If no parameters are sent in, the default (everything) response is returned.

hRaven 0.9.17.t05 based on the twitter_only branch has also been released.
