ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role involves responsibility and accountability for all service management functions ensuring that they are delivered in line with operating model.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Ensure that the day to day operations of a business run smoothly -Ensure project milestone are met.
-Oversee the supervision of employees
-Motivate Employees
-Manage Customer queries, service center queries as well as ambassadors/ Drivers query -Leadership and Organizational skills
-Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
-Budget Management
-Logistics Management
-Deliver high-quality results in a timely manner and Multitasking
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or Diploma or equivalent degree
MBA/PGDM (Operations) is preferred
3-7 years’ experience in operations/ Logistics / service industry
Base level proficiency in maintaining data in MS Excel
