Annual Salary 168 Million-234 Million IDR

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This  role  involves  responsibility  and  accountability  for  all  service  management functions ensuring that they are delivered in line with operating model.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Ensure that the day to day operations of a business run smoothly

-Ensure project milestone are met.

-Oversee the supervision of employees

-Motivate Employees

-Manage Customer queries, service center queries as well as ambassadors/ Drivers query

-Leadership and Organizational skills

-Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

-Budget Management

-Logistics Management

-Deliver high-quality results in a timely manner and Multitasking

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

        Bachelor's degree or Diploma or equivalent degree

        MBA/PGDM (Operations) is preferred

        3-7 years’ experience in operations/ Logistics / service industry

        Base level proficiency in maintaining data in MS Excel
