ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive, Devise and execute strategies to drive a constant supply of Ambassador Talent, for the core business of 21North.
Ambassadors are basically the drivers / fleet executive who take care of the Pick up & Drop off.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Work with senior management to develop and drive Sourcing plan for 21North.in ? Assess a high volume of candidate applications on a daily basis.
? Partner with operations on Talent acquisition plan and fulfill requirement on monthly basis.
? Source talent from field visits, Newspaper Ads, Quikr Ads, events – Source Full-time and part-time talent
? Suggest opportunities for Employer branding to support sourcing efforts
? Keep others apprised of and involved in work by communicating information
? Deliver high-quality results in a timely manner
. Own the recruitment of Ambassador driving talent for 21North.in working closely with
Sourcing and Training
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or Diploma or equivalent degree
MBA / PGDM (Operation/Human Resource) preferred
1-3 years’ experience in Recruitment of blue-collar workers in agency or in- house recruitment team
Understands the importance of maintaining full recruitment data and reports for their role.
Base level proficiency in maintaining data in MS Excel
