honda mtx 80 - anyone know what its worth??

Its been many years since I last rode a bike in the UK, and having moved to
another rented accomodation with no garage, my partner has urged me to sell
my old Honda MTX80 motorbike, I've kept it off the road indoors for the past
7 years, but never had space to repair or work on it
It needs rewiring, a new battery, rear numberplate & fitting plus a front
console.
I'm guessing the engine needs stripping and a new piston ring probably needs
fitting,
as the engine when last ridden offroad had no "oomph" going up inclines and
stalled with an overheating problem.
Basically, How much should I sell it for? realistically?
I dont think I'm ever going to get round to repairing it, and I think
eventually I'd like to pass my bike test and buy a larger cc version
instead.
