HAN YOUNG
posted May 4, 1999

During the past several months, many people have asked Campaign for Labor
Rights for updates on the situation at the Han Young factory in Tijuana,
Mexico. The October 6 union has now released a statement via journalist
David Bacon. To receive a copy of the statement and for other information,
contact the union at <ud...@juno.com> or <sc...@juno.com> or send
correspondence to the union c/o Union de Defensa Laboral Comunitaria (Union
for Labor Community Defense) and/or c/o Support Committee for Maquiladora
Workers, P.O. Box 632802, San Diego, CA 92163 and/or 4535-30th St. San
Diego, CA 92116.
