youtube zabrana

napravio sam video i nakon 3 god youtube se sjetio zabranit mi ga jer
sam koristio autorska prava na pjesmu.
video je još gore uploadan ali se ne moze gledati (tj samo ga ja mogu
pogledat kad se logiram). ima koja opcija da se stvar sredi?

Da, ukoliko imas pravo koristiti ista (recimo, radi se o parodiji ili sl.
"fair use" koristenju koje je dozvoljeno, il si dobio dozvolu autora itd)

napravio sam tako ali na mail mi stize potvrda da nisam ispravno nesto
ucinio.. ne znam sto se ne slaze..

Pa mozda pise u mailu sto ne valja? Sto tocno kaze email?

Jesi li prilozio svih 5 trazenih elemenata pod "Elements of an International
counter-notification" ?

1. Identification of the specific URLs of material that YouTube has removed or to which YouTube has disabled access.
2. Your full name, address, telephone number, email address and the username of your YouTube account.
3. The statement "I will accept service of process from the person who provided YouTube with the original copyright complaint or an authorised agent of such person."
4. The statement: "I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
5. Signature. A scanned physical signature or a valid electronic signature will be accepted.

Jesam, samo nisam dao svoj broj telefona i ime i prezime koje traži. ime
i prezime kako imam u postavkama na accountu. u mailu pise da se podaci
ne poklapaju...

Nisi dao SVE podatke NEOPHODNE za zalbu (kao broj telefona, ime i prezime te
adresu stanovanja), pa ti je zahtjev odbijen.
