Hello Everyone

Attached you will not only find the balanced scorecard I did but some CVS 2012 financials I dug up. I am still not fully pleased with the Scorecard and believe it still needs improvement especially in the financial area and maybe the others as well, but I will review again. Please let me know what you all think.

Also I was thinking about placing an example at-a-glance progress checker with the target vs actual results.

Hi Leslie,

Score card is coming together - I like the 'secret shoppers' part, also that you included an internal operations section. Maybe under Vision you can list the core CVS values ( which is just a set of adjectives , ex collaboration, innovation etc).
The reason for this is because the solutions reflect these values.
