Dear all,

I've thought about the metrics that could be used to measure the 4 solutions we mentioned yesterday.
Listed as following. Gonna replenish it after we  determine the final solutions. :)

Solutions Metrics
Leadership Training Program Training cost per pharmacist; % training eligible pharmacists trained; Employee satisfaction;
Recognition Program # grievances; Employee satisfacition; Absenteesim rate; Turnover rate;
Blog Contest # problems raised; % problems solved; % employees participate in the contest;
HR Online Mentors
