Great research for our project, thanks!!
I think we now have enough information to focus on our recommendations. Do you all agree that this is the basis of our project? (based on Radhika and Hannah's documents)
Problem: High turnover
Symptoms: poor quality of working environment
Solution: improving employee engagement
Tool: Social media that focuses on collaboration
Metrics: still to decide tonight
Impact: increased net income and brand recognition.
If you guys approve, I can start putting our presentation together with the basics of what we have: What is CVS, their history, background of the problem, SWOT (Hannah's and Radhika's combined). I'll try to bring something for tonight's meeting.

Wow, you all are doing great! I am hoping to be able to come to tonights meeting, however I am feeling a little under the weather right now...I want to be involved and wondered just in case, does anyone have a laptop that I can speak via skype or does NYU have an area for such things? Does anyone have unlimited minutes on their phone where I could be able to conference. Please let me know, I would be willing to pay the difference if I have to.
