Summary of what was discussed on Tuesday, 9/18:

Radhika found through her research that employee conflict is a problem at CVS, and suggested to use social media for conflict resolution/management.

Internal and external requirements were clarified with Prof. Vogel.

- Internal : Conflict management/ turnover reduction 
- External: A conflict/stress reduction program could also be used as a marketing tool to attract new grad. pharmacists - the transition into the work place (especially retail pharmacy) is difficult, so having something to help with stress/ conflict support at work may be appealing

Some Metrics:

Turnover
Sick days
Absenteeism
Retention
Time to fill position
Employee engagement

Finance:
ROI
Savings in hiring new grads
Savings in absenteeism reduction
Saving is less turnover

etc...

We plan to meet on Tuesday, 9/25 at 5:30 in the lounge area near the vending machines on the 5th floor

Hey!

For Tuesday some of the things that can be done-

Probably do a very strong Swot analysis.

Collect all the relevant data which could be useful.

Think on lines of how to address this problem and how can we measure it!

Also we can take up any other problem we find during our research.. Probably we can share it here so that everyone can come prepared!
