The site says "Intel Dual Core" and has a picture of a Pentium Dual-Core label, do they mean it's a Core 2 Duo or Pentium Dual-Core? The DC7700 I once had was a Core 2 Duo.

FYI, this system uses a Q965 Express chipset, which is supported, but I'm not sure about the south bridge. As many problems as we've had with the DC 7800, it might be a concern. Also this system is available from other sources in the SFF form factor for much less like this one from TigerDirect. Of course I don't believe the shipping is not included.

You can also buy the much newer and better more compatible DC 7900 for less too as this refurbished CMT model from InnovatePC.

Could be an E8400 (6 MB of cache).

Could also be a E6850 (4 MB of cache).

Both are true Core 2 Duos with all the bells and whistles which are
required for ML.

DC7900s are usually found with E8400s.

DC7800s are usually found with E6850s.

Just a side note, the DC7700 worked great on Lion with a GeForce 9800 (never tried integrated video) with Lion, only thing that didn't work after install was audio, using iAtkos L2.

Based on the add (with the Pentium Dual Core sticker, I'm thinking it's got a PD925.
