Email problems

I'm trying to determine why I'm not getting a return email back when I post to the group. Prior to switching to a gmail account it worked fine. So I'm sending this from the gmail web app to see if I get a return. If I send it from the HQ-A discussion page I get an email then.

Perfectly normal behaviour for Gmail.
