Most definitely.

Others in this general price class to consider are:

Gigabyte GA-H61MA-D3V

Gigabyte-GA-H61M-DS2-1.2-FB

The H61 mobos are generally good, but for cost reasons, most do not have
legacy PCI slots (this would require an additional chip: a PCI-e to PCI
"bridge").

In particular, the "A" in Gigabyte GA-H61MA-D3V means it has an AMI BIOS.
