This is a kernel panic, there's a chance the panic text can lead you
to the cause.

The Vostro 1015 isn't a good candidate for OS X because there is no
driver for the x4500 integrated graphics, which means you'll get no
Quartz Extreme or Core Graphics acceleration. I hate to be
pessimistic, but this Vostro isn't a good candidate for OS X because
you can't change or upgrade the video card, and the x4500 doesn't
appear it will ever be supported.
If you plan to press onward, the best option would probably be to try
to modify the x3100 kexts, but this is pure speculation. A longer shot
would be to port the FreeBSD drivers, but again, this is a long shot.
There has been a hoax about porting FreeBSD drivers on InsanelyMac,
and it appears there is no such project, so you're basically on your
own.
I'd get a different laptop, there are so many that are compatible with
OS X. I've had experience with the Vostro 1520 which is nearly 100% OS
X compatible.

GMA X3100 is generally a good candidate.
But, GMA 3100, as found on early Shuttles, and many Intel and related
mobos, is NOT a good candidate, as Apple NEVER made a GMA 3100
driver, and no partner of Apple ever contributed a GMA 3100 driver.
Which is why GMA 9xx is a good candidate for a Hack, as is almost any
mobo which can accept a reasonably compliant PCI-e 16x video card.
