Icons in app drawer move around

I found I no longer use Home++ for (what sounds like) a silly minor
reason: when I tap the little triangle-in-a-circle icon to open the
app drawer, the icons in the opened drawer _reorder_ themselves after
maybe a second. This is hugely disorienting. I cannot remember if
this reordering has caused me to open the wrong app, or if instead I'm
merely _afraid_ that I will open the wrong app. But that fear has
prevented me from using it at all.

This is version 0.8.0.9
