Free books only for USA?

Hi to all organizers,

Are free books only for USA parties, or organizers from other countries can fill out the form and there is a chance it will happen?

We looked into it, and ended up deciding that we probably won't be able to ship internationally. The books won't be there in time, and the shipping cost is quite enormous. So, at least for now, we won't be able to send you books and are from outside of the U.S. .

Does anybody have any idea for something unique/cool that can be send by the Internet, and which can substitute books for outside-USA party's? I've got few vouchers for ten dollars in this and it seems like a good prize for fan of chaos legion.
