I am glad to see that these kinds of thoughts and discussions are taking place. My only insight is that Wordpress has worked for me as a reasonable type of free website. I recall that many users can get permission to post and edit. FB is kind of flaky though perhaps a page could be useful to bring people in, at least.

PS, Den udstationering på engelsk retningslinje er gået ud af vinduet, tilsyneladende. Sådan er det. "translate.google.com" gør, at en ikke-problem.
