Hi Tony!

The PRTC web hasn't been updated in a while and the clinic has moved
since, so you should try and contact the Centre for Digestive Diseases
directly, using the info on their web - http://www.cdd.com.au/ . You
should try contacting them via phone since they rarely respond to e-
mails.

Also, I uploaded the home HPI infusion protocol they sent me in the
files section.

Hello,

{ I'm putting this in the most recent active thread. }

I haven't time to post my story at present, but I will note that in
2003 I traveled to Sydney for the HPI treatment for chronic IBS
(approx. 15 years with the condition). In my case, the treatment was
not effective, though this is not for lack of trying on the part of
Dr. Borody's staff.

I had hoped to be able to consult with Dr. Borody via phone, when I
would call his clinic, I was told they no longer consult for overseas
patients. You can still fly to Sydney for treatment, but short of
that, you can't get any help from the clinic. This is very
frustrating, as they are the leaders in HPI research, and often know
things anecdotally, from experience, that other doctors do not. I am
sympathetic, because I believe that demand for HPI treatment and
information exceeds their ability to meet it.

Keep this in mind if you plan to pursue the treatment. Dr. Borody and
staff have doggedly pursued HPI, even while most doctors lack the
courage to follow the evidence due to the gross-out factor or their
own resistance to change.
