I'm using my Mom as a donor, she was tested for any pathogens and came
back clear. Only questionable thing was her levels of yeast came back
'moderate', whatever that means. I'm already dealing with yeast
issues, coated tongue for example, so I'm not too concerned that the
transplant will make it immediately worse.
My main goal is to restore some health to my colon, at least get some
more bacteria to settle permanently, to improve overall health and
immunity. I'd like to be able to travel someday soon and not worry
about getting violently ill from eating anything.
Anyone else considering future HPI treatments?
I was set to do one with my brother as donor, but after all his tests,
we found has klebsiella pneumonae, a bacteria that can be harmless in
lower amounts, but probably something we didn't want to transplant to
me. I was very disappointed.
Right now I am considering Helminthic Therapy, which has shown promise
for a range of conditions, including UC, Crohn's, and potentially
IBS. Thanks to the FDA being in the pocket of big Pharma, and the
glacial pace of some medical research, it's almost impossible to get
this treatment in the U.S. However, it is still possible to get it,
it's just a hassle and expensive. Also, there are clinical trials,
including one for Multiple Sclerosis.

I have done HPI at home and without consultation with the CDD
Australia. But my donor's all tests came out perfectly clear.
Considering your moderate yeast condition with donor, I would consult
with the CDD Australia rather than taking a risk. Or at least a local
practitioner who can shed some more light on the pros and cons of this
test results.
