Can someone help me with this service tag?

I bought it off ebay and can't get into the BIOS.

Unfortunatelly your "Latitude 5591" warranty has expired, otherwise you would have had the possibility to register it at www.dell.com and then request the password from Dell. Try eBay or other trustable site to get the master password.

I know it has expired. The hardware appears to be working fine so far; so I am not really worried that it has expired. I bought this so I could play with other operating systems without messing up my main computer, but I can't get into the BIOS because it's locked. I have already contacted the seller on ebay and they don't know the password. I came across this group in hopes that someone could help me. Is there a person on ebay that you recommend? I have seen quite a few websites that offer to do it for payment, but they look like scam sites to me and dogbert confirms as much.

I suggest to get an unlock quote from Dell, this will probably make you go for any other option besides them.
