big progress with SPD

Hi,

I created all in one package, so far only with numpy, scipy,
matplotlib, sympy and the notebook. Here are all instructions:

After fixing the rest of issues (see the link above for details),
we'll start creating femhub. Robert already promised to create
sfepy.spkg. :)

Yes, it is extremely worthwhile to be able to use all those packages
over a network. People can try all the stuff without bothering with
installation issues.

builds on Mac now):
