Hi!

Hermes:
This week I finished editing the images for latex. The latex is great, and the html has been repaired.
Some fixes (a couple are still not perfect, these were the worst, and refuse to be the right size in both formats, I'll see what I can do):
03-complex
05-battery
smooth-iso(elliptic)
waveguide
screen
saphir
I also fixed the loss of resolution in the mesh images due to resize, I'd like to do the same for the conv_dof and conv_cpu images.
The html and latex will be up on my hpfem page tonight, I am waiting a bit to see if I can resolve the problem with math dollar (i.e. there are now newlines when using the modified text $...$ in rst) before the pull request.

I made the Hermes Installation on Linux video, although the Dynamic media lab takes more time for video processing because of the file transfers needed, it was worth it for this one. I found that the editing in Mac is not as exact, and there are a couple of bad transitions that need to be edited at home, and then it'll be done!
It also has a nice intro that I can reuse for the other videos, very exciting, it's stuck on campus right now, and will be posted tomorrow.

NClab:
Wrote tests for the Cell Manager, trying to get the rest perfect for the pull request, (I can't seem to use multiple parameters with the new function calls in assert). But a new file was tested and the other code modified to reflect the comments.

Have you submitted a pull request?

What fixes, where can we see them.

Please report on things that are done, not things that will be done.
Like, that, one could go forever without finishing something.  I lack
the finished stuff.

Please only mention this AFTER a pull request was submitted, now this
message does not contain much usable information.
