Week Sept 4 - 10

Hi,

this week I worked on Euler examples (hp-adaptive version of forward step, reflected shock, started with some low Mach number simulations).

I also managed to work on some minor things, like Mesh::rescale() for arcs, Linearizer, Vectorizer, etc., cmake files for matrix solvers, etc.

Plan for the next week is again some Euler equations related stuff, exception handling in Hermes, plus whatever comes up.
