Week 3 - 9 Oct

Hi,

this week I was focusing on my thesis a lot, apart from that:
- fixed a lot of examples that used to segfault / not compile, ...
- did a lot of reorganization in terms of visibility ({public, protected, private}) attributes and methods in Hermes, as it is needed for python wrappers

-implemented some stuff in the Euler equations solver
-created a repo and started working on the wrappers

this week it will be about wrappers, some examples in the spare time, and preparation of my master thesis's text.
