Hi,
 
  Last week I fixed example richards/tracy-adapt with dynamical meshes.
Updated tests for richards/basic-ie-newton, basic-rk-newton, basic-ie-picard and tracy-adapt.   
 
* Finished or closed tasks
-NONE
 
* Planned activity for the next week
- will work on richards examples.
- will add Sphinx docs for richards examples.
 
 
* KNOWN ISSUES
- NONE
 
* Unfinished tasks
- NONE

I did not try it with adaptive time stepping on. Could you please check
whether it works?

The option of "bool ADAPTIVE_TIME_STEP_ON" should not be here
(I forgot to delete this option when I was working on example basic-rk-newton-adapt).
I will fix this mistake.

OK, then also delete it from the comments at the beginning 
of main.cpp where I added it. And, the time integration method
should be SDIRK_2_2 rather than an embedded method.
