Last week I mainly worked on Sphinx docs for richards examples.
Updated mesh file of richards/seepage-adapt to new format.
Added DOF output and time step output as functions of physical time
for example richards/basic-rk-newton-adapt, and their Python visualization.

Excellent, thank you very much. 

Tests for the convert mesh functions fail on buildbot, could you 

please look at that as well?
