Repositories name changed

I am informing that the following repository name changes have been made just now:

After all docs and examples are upgraded, I would like to 

officially announce the first release in media.

Today I will go through our web pages and make the changes 

wherever needed.

The new doxygen documentation is not updated automatically, how can I set this up?
