Call For Papers

Welcome to ICDCS 2016, to be held in Nara, Japan on June 27th -June 30th, 2016.  The annual ICDCS conference is a premier international forum for researchers, developers and users to present and discuss the cutting edge ideas on topics related to distributed systems. We invite you to submit your original contributions.  Call For Papers  The conference provides a forum for engineers and scientists in academia, industry and government to present their latest research findings in major and emerging areas of distributed computing. Topics of particular interest include, but are not limited to:  Distributed Data Management and Analytics  Cloud Computing and Data Center Systems  Distributed Operating Systems and Middleware  Distributed Algorithms and Theory  Distributed Fault Tolerance and Dependability  Security and Privacy in Distributed Systems  Social Networks and Crowdsourcing  Energy Management and Green Distributed Computing  Mobility-based and Wireless Distributed Systems  Distributed Systems for Smart Communities or the Internet of Things  Workshops  Workshops will be held in conjunction with the conference. Workshop proposals should be submitted to Workshop Chair. Further Information on workshop proposals will be announced soon on this web page.  Paper Submission  Form of Manuscript: All submissions should follow the IEEE 8.5” x 11” two-column format. Each submission can have up to 10 pages. An appendix of up to 2 pages is also allowed. If the paper is accepted for publication, up to 2 extra pages may be purchased for the camera-ready version. Submissions should NOT be blinded for review.  Electronic Submission: Submissions will be handled via this website. Details will be announced soon.  Important Dates  Abstract deadline: December 11, 2015  Paper submission deadline: December 18, 2015  Author notification: March 21, 2016  Camera-ready paper deadline: April 28, 2016
