dear seniors,
could u all plz let us know that whether u are available on this sunday( day time or evening whatever is convenient with u)....so that we can have the farewell on that day. HOwever if u all think the timings and date note convenient u please let us know if u are not free on sunday plz do propose any other day on which u all are free.

we all are giving farewell to our dear seniors and we will collecting a sum of 80/- per head
for the same.....all !st 2nd and 3rd yearites are supposed to deposit he same latest by tomorrow 8.00 am . The farewll date is not finalized yet it will either tomorrow(most probably)or next Sunday..but do
pay ur contribution to ur bhawan seniors...........all second yearites are collect the same.

We are having farewell at 1.00 pm . So all the club members plz reach on time so that it makes a good impression on seniors in farewell. and first yerites be thr last time very few first yerites were there.
