DFT Engineer (2 – 10 Yrs) As a DFT engineer at NVIDIA, you'll be responsible for designing key DFT logic modules, verifiying them. These include test mode controllers, IO bist, Memory Bist, Jtag
In addition you will be responsible for scan insertion and ATPG.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters in Engineering
2 to 10 years of experience in DFT / design field.
Strong logic Design and verification back ground with experience in STA.
Must possess a strong knowledge of DFT including scan, BIST, on-chip scan compression, fault models, ATPG, and fault simulation.
Programming in Perl, tcl and c++ is a plus
Hardware Quality
Assurance Engineer (1 – 5 Yrs)
The Hardware Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for PC chipset testing
to ensure functionality, compatibility, and adherence to hardware
specifications. A minimum of 3 years of Hardware QA experience is required as
is a B.S. in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering or a
related degree.
Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and execute hardware test plans on a daily basis
Validate CPU, memory, and graphics interfaces on the north bridge
USB device functionality/compatibility testing
Network device functionality/compatibility testing
Storage device functionality/compatibility testing
PCI functionality/compatibility testing
PCI-E functionality/compatibility testing
Requirements:
General knowledge of PC Chipset and core logic technologies
Knowledge of all Windows operating systems (XP/2K/9x)
Knowledge of DOS
Hands on experience with PC hardware/software configuration and setup
Experience with PC compatibility and functional testing.
Experience with interoperability testing and troubleshooting at the device
level.
Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of PCI and PCI-Express specifications
Knowledge of ACPI Specification
Knowledge of CPU/Memory/Graphics architectures
Strong background with troubleshooting at the device bus level.
Prior testing experience with legacy IO?s/devices, PC peripherals and PCI/PCI-E
devices
Prior experience with using debugging tools (Windows Kernel Debugger/Soft-Ice)
Prior experience with using analyzer tools (i.e. CATC, SATA Analyzers, etc.)
Prior WHQL test experience
Test automation experience a plus
