Dear Team 

Hope you are all fine and once again thanks for the support and effort to make HPC a success.I was really thinking of writing a detailed mail to the team and really sorry for the delay.

Is it a success ?I really do believe as we were able to bring people on the forum and carry out real discussions.Also i think its a first of its kind by any IEEE entity and this shall be a really good model for others to replicate.We have got 4.5 k users and that i believe that it is some number.Plus there had been a buzz on IEEE SIGHT which you can see from the facebook page insights on the number of likes and reach to the people.I would like to congratulate our marketing team for their wonderful effort in maintaining the page.

The admin team and documentation team has also played their role well and together we have performed as a wonderful team.So please feel good about yourself that you have been a part of a wonderful successful initiative.I think we can rate our team 4/5 considering all the factors.Especially our return on investment(in terms of actual money) would be very high.

The results will be out by first week of October hopefully and i am hoping to distribute the prizes by December which will probably include certificates and goodies(Funding constraint:-().

Some of the challenges we faced were funding which in turn caused us to restrict our activity mostly in India.This can be something that you guys can take care for the next event.

I am planning to document all of these proceedings to a paper for which we will start the work in a weeks time.Any of you if interested can drop me a mail and i do really wanted them to dedicate some hours.I will structure it and guide you for the same.

Once again thank you all for being a part of this initiative.Please keep in touch and forgive me for any mistakes in treating you as a part of this.Its purely unintentional.All the best for all your ventures.

Sorry for the late reply. Thanks Jery for the email. 

As Jery mentioned, the effort is close to a success and there is always room for improvement. We got constrained by funds. However, the next phase, implementation phase is when we really need funds.

I might be able to get funds from the Next year's R10 HT funds. Jery, please get as many goodies as possible from GHTC. I will tell Amar sir.Please drop an email to Amar sir with the numbers that we need so that he can arrange it in advance.

Thanks a lot for each and everyone in this loop for their continuing efforts. I would be happy if you have more ideas which we can put into action.
