Starting with Fall 2016 graduates, the University of Nebraska at Omaha teamed up with our vendor Parchment to provide a digital version of your diploma which will make it easy to share your accomplishments with family, friends, and most importantly potential employers.
Graduates can get their digital diploma by checking their email for a message from Parchment and University of Nebraska at Omaha in the next week, then follow these 3 simple steps:
1. Click on the link in their email
2. Create a password
3. Share their digital diploma on Facebook, LinkedIn, via a verified link, or download a secure PDF for later.
Beginning September 01, 2020, new graduates will receive an email and text notification once their degree applications have been reviewed and confirm with instructions on how to claim their diploma electronically.
Your digital and paper diploma will not be released until your hold is cleared. Once your hold is cleared, email Deg...@citytech.cuny.edu with your emplid. Once we confirmed that your diploma has been released, you will received your digital diploma within minutes and your paper within 3-4 weeks.
The Digital Degree Certificate is an electronic version of your physical certificate and can be used as proof of award for further education or career opportunities when shared securely via your Gradintelligence account, should prospective institutions or employers accept verified digital documentation.
We aim to provide your digital certificate to you within 1 month of you receiving notification of your award. It will likely be available in your Gradintelligence shortly after your HEAR. You will receive notification to the email address associated with your Gradintelligence account once your digital certificate has been uploaded.
Yes. Please be advised that the digital certificate does not replace the physical certificate that you will receive. This is an additional document that we will provide to you. We will present your physical certificate to you at your Graduation ceremony or, where that is not possible, we will post it to your home address. Currently, only undergraduate and postgraduate taught students on an award bearing programme are eligible to receive the digital certificate. This includes programmes such as BA, BSc, MA, MSc, LLM, PgCert/Dip, FdCert & GradDip. Postgraduate research students such as PhD's are not currently eligible for a digital certificate but we hope to be able to provide this to them soon (within the 2023/24 academic year). Yes, but please be patient with us whilst we roll this document out to previous students who have a QMUL Gradintelligence account. You will receive notification to the email address associated with your Gradintelligence account once your digital certificate has been uploaded. Unfortunately we are unable to provide this document to students awarded before Gradintelligence was introduced at QMUL (prior to July 2017).
The B.A. in Digital Media allows students to integrate the multiple domains of art, storytelling, and technology. It is designed to provide a solid foundation in techniques and theory in one focused area of competence, provide a broad understanding of related disciplines including arts, humanities, and technology, and provide extended experience in working in multidisciplinary teams on realistic problems. It recognizes that there are many combinations of courses which meet the needs of individual students. Two specializations -Game Design and Web and Social Platforms - lead to a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Note that candidates for graduation in the current term will receive additional information from the Office of the Registrar. Students who are graduating at the end of the semester and need documentation that their degree will be conferred as proof for a job offer, higher education acceptance, internship, etc., before your graduation date may request a Statement of Graduation using the Registrar Request Form.
Since fall 2019, new Brooklyn College graduates have received their diploma electronically. Once degrees have been processed, students will receive an e-mail notification with instructions on how to claim their digital diploma.

A degree apprenticeship starts at Level 4 (HNC), however relevant previous experience and qualifications will be taken into account to ensure that you enter the programme at the correct level, whether this be at Level 4, 5 or 6.

All graduates are eligible to receive an original paper diploma shipped via standard USPS mail at no cost. Replacement or duplicate diplomas for OSU graduates can be ordered as outlined below for $50 and include both paper and digital versions. Additional charges apply for expedited shipping options.
Replacement diploma orders are typically processed within one week, and graduates will receive email notification when their digital diploma is available. Unless expedited shipping is included, replacement paper diplomas are generally shipped within 2-3 weeks of when the digital diploma is available.
Students are responsible for completing requirements on the official degree sheet. It is mandatory for a student to meet with an academic advisor prior to course enrollment each semester. Students must meet all general education and Ferguson College of Agriculture requirements.

Students who earn their New Media and Digital Design degree from Pierce College can transfer directly to The Evergreen State College through the Upside Down Degree program. Students wishing to transfer to another four-year program are advised to work closely with their academic advisor to map out additional requirements for an Associate of Arts degree.
Explore the interdisciplinary, high-demand field of new media, digital design, user experience design and visual communication including 3D modeling, animation, graphic design, digital illustration, UX/UI design, motion graphics, and video and multimedia storytelling skills to create a comprehensive portfolio. The two-year New Media and Digital Design and one-year UX/UI Design Certificate programs can be completed entirely online, to enable students to seek immediate employment or to transfer to a four-year college to earn their degree.
