User Equation Name

Hi

Is it possible to have characters such as "/" and "_" in the equation
name such as 1/e or skin_micron? Apparently the app ignores these
characters and substitutes a blank space.

Hello David,

To date, Formulaic has allowed only alphanumeric characters plus
spaces in equation titles. Equation titles get used in various places
where more "exotic" characters could be mis-interpreted. For example,
the import and export functions could cease to work if an equation
title included a "/" character.

We do however believe that availability of a greater range of
characters to be used in equation titles will enhance usability, we
we've added this as new feature to the wish list for a future version.
