Two notifications per notification

I have Howl 1.1.3 installed in Growl 1.3.3 on OS X 10.7.3 and the
latest Howl app on my iPhone running iOS 5.1.

I'm using Howl to get stuff from Transmission pushed to my iPhone.
This works fine on the iPhone; every time something finishes
downloading/seeding I get a single push notification to let me know.
However, on my Mac, I get two notifications every time this happens
(with Howl set to forward notifications to Smoke). I've tried
switching Transmission to Smoke to see what happened, and I get one
notification instead of two, so it's definitely a problem with Howl
somewhere; I'm not sure when it started happening but I think it was
fairly recently.

Is there anything that could be done to stop this?

Can confirm, it seems to regard to the Howl Growl Plugin, the
Notifications are sent correctly, and the App Server provides
everything well, it seems that the Howl Plugin sends the request twice

Thanks for the feedback. I'll take a look at the plugin this week and see if I can find what''s causing the double posts.
