Update Issues Starting Yesterday

I have an iPad 2 and an Android phone. I use Notify My Android on my
Android phone and have been getting notifications just fine even today
with Growl for windows. My iPad on the other hand using Howl suddenly
stopped receiving notifications. It has been working flawlessly for
weeks now and suddenly stopped working without any configuration
changes. I uninstalled the app and reinstall on my iPad as another
post suggested and it is still not working.
What gives?

I've resolved a server issue and notifications are being sent again.
