Back in October 2009, this post:

http://groups.google.com/group/howl-talk/browse_thread/thread/23498bac1fdd6eaa

Asked about redirections, which you said were on the list for a future
update. I was wondering when we might expect to see that implemented?

I'm also curious what the other two major features you mentioned were
planned?

I'd like to see support for Growl priorities, with the ability to set
different sounds for different priorities.

It would also be great to be able to set & toggle quiet hours from the
app instead of from the Mac.

Thanks!

Hi George,

There is some early work for redirection in the current version of Howl (notifications from many Twitter clients will show a "Related Apps" section when viewing the notification where you can launch an app if it's available). The next step is to make that available from the push screen, which is yet to be implemented.

The two features I would like to complete before pushing out an update are turning off the badge count, and allowing navigation from one notification to the next on the iPhone version of the app. The first feature is well on its way and the second still needs some work.

I don't have an timeframe yet, but wanted to let you know that I'm working an upcoming release as time permits.

Thanks for writing!
