Images in Howl

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is an issue on the Growl (for Windows) side or
the Howl side, so I'm making this post in both places.

Recently I've been having an issue where images aren't showing up in
the Howl iPhone app. Images that successfully loaded earlier are (I
assume) cached, and show up all right. But if there's an image that
has never been used in Howl before, it refuses to load and shows the
"?" placeholder image. Occasionally, a new image will successfully
load, but this appears to be the exception, not the rule.
