Howl Plugin Not appearing in Growl Applications Preference Pane

Downed and "successfully" installed the Howl plugin, but it is not
showing up in the Growl Applications window. I tried overwriting it a
couple of time and reinstalled Growl too, but no help.
Suggestions?
