Hi
I am not sure what people would like to chat about tomorrow. I wondered about GIMP (Linux equivalent of Photoshop) - bring your own creations and we can swap tips and tricks.
A look at different desktop environments is another topic that's been suggested (by Simon).
And, of course, bring your bugs and problems to make use of opensource's many eyes philosophy!
Speaking of philosophy, came across an interesting article on Linux's philosophy ( http://opensource.com/business/14/12/linux-philosophy ). I particlarly liked the quote:
"Unix was not designed to stop its users from doing stupid things, as that would also stop them from doing clever things." (and it applies to Linux too). Done any clever things recently? Bring it/them along to show off!
Lastly, this is the final meeting for the year. We traditionally each bring something small to share ("bring a plate") to celebrate Christmas' imminent arrival. It would be good if you could though I know that this is really last minute information!
