I've got some steps that may help. It's important to remember that we need to have the Amazon Prime and Twitch accounts linked to the EA Account before the rewards can be claimed. Please check out the steps here: ( -your-ea-account-to-prime-gaming/) to make sure those are linked and then what I would recommend is claiming a Prime Gaming reward for a different EA game such as Apex: ( ) or Madden 22: ( ) (no need to own the game, this is just to help with the system with syncing. After that, please claim the FIFA 22 rewards here: ( =amzn) and then follow these steps below to cold boot the console and check in-game that the rewards show up!
Cold boot steps:
First please save, completely log out of, and close any open games or apps on the console. Then please, hold the power button down until the console turns off; unplug the console from the back of the console; wait for at least one minute, and plug it back in. After that please launch the game, log in, and let us know if the FIFA 22 Prime Gaming rewards show up!

Having just added Fifa 21 to Prime Gaming, I signed up, unfortunately I linked to an older Ea Account that has never had Fifa played on it. I am looking to change my Ea Account that is linked with my Prime gaming account.
I have looked online at the solution, however the one I found doesn't work. I get to the stage on EA.com where I can unlink my account, but at this stage it says there is no account linked with Twitch.
I just figured this out if anyone else is having problem, I had old Prime account that was locked out, so I linked my new prime account

Amazon has silently launched Prime Gaming in India, which gives access to the latest and trending video games for Amazon Prime subscribers in India. Prime subscribers can now access these games on the official website, and can download games on their Windows PC for free. As a part of the Amazon Prime Gaming service launch, the company is offering free games like Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, The Amazing American Circus, Doors: Paradox and more via the Amazon Games app, which is currently available for the Windows platform.
All the games that you claim on Amazon Prime Gaming will be yours to keep forever. Similarly, to claim some games and bonuses, you have to log in to third-party games stores such as Epic Games Store, Bungie, Activision, or Rockstar Games.
Do note that, to make use of these in-game content such as the showdown bundle on Call of Duty, zero chill ultimate team pack in Madden 3, and prime gaming pack on FIFA 23, you need to have these games separately purchased, and these in-game content from the Prime Gaming will unlock special weapons, features, or new capabilities.
