How do I paginate the result list when listing videos by category?

Hi Peter,

Pagination works pretty much the same as it does without a category
filter (see http://groups.google.com/group/howcast-developers/web/list-videos-api):

http://www.howcast.com/videos/most_recent/howcast_studios/1-Arts-and-Media.xml?api_key=...
http://www.howcast.com/videos/most_recent/howcast_studios/1-Arts-and-Media/2.xml?api_key=...
http://www.howcast.com/videos/most_recent/howcast_studios/1-Arts-and-Media/3.xml?api_key=...
