How do I get the permalink of a category?

How do I get the permallink of a category, given what is returned in
the List of Categories request?

Hi Peter,

Right now there isn't a consistent way for you to do it in any of the
category APIs without re-implementing the algorithm that we use
construct the permalink. We'll look into adding this into the API
response and get you an update soon.

Is there any other way to get a list of available videos from a
category using only it's ID (or name)? Or does one have to use the
permalink?

Unfortunately it does require the permalink. We're going to add this
to the category APIs and will keep you posted on when you can expect
the changes to be live. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
