There will be a very bright pass of the International Space Station (ISS) over Alpha Ridge tonight! It starts about 8:35 PM and reaches near Jupiter at 8:38 PM before disappearing into the Earth's shadow at about 8:39 PM. This will reach -3.6 Mag so even brighter than Jupiter. Everyone please set an alarm on your phones and help me get all our guests tonight to look up and see it! The ISS is always popular at our star parties and this ought to be one of the best appearances we've ever had.
